Who are TPS?
TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products needed to service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles. TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, including brands like Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. It operates a national network of TPS Centres with a workforce of 1,500 employees, fostering a motivating and inclusive workplace that emphasizes learning, development, recognition, and rewards.
Launched in 2006 as a new brand concept, TPS operates on an Agency Model, stocking and selling on behalf of Volkswagen Group UK. The brand has experienced rapid growth in both revenue and the number of Centres nationwide.
What will you be doing?
As Sales Manager reporting to the Centre Manager, you will manage and motivate the Parts Sales team to meet and exceed sales targets while building strong relationships with customers.
* Lead, manage, and motivate the Parts Sales Executive Team to achieve sales targets
* Monitor sales performance against KPIs and take corrective actions as needed
* Plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns with support from the Centre Manager
* Maintain product knowledge and stay aware of competitor activity
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide developmental support
* Motivate the sales team through creative incentive schemes and rewards
* Ensure excellent customer service via the team
* Monitor delivery schedules to maintain service levels
* Conduct business with integrity and professionalism
* Ensure proper use of business systems and compliance with standards and guidelines
