Head of FX – Sales & Operations

We’re partnering with a leading global payments and foreign exchange provider that helps businesses move money quickly and securely across borders — offering competitive live rates, expert support, and coverage in 180+ countries.
The company is seeking an experienced Head of FX to lead its FX sales and operations teams. You’ll drive commercial growth, strengthen delivery, and ensure clients receive best-in-class service across spot, forward, and hedging products.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the FX function with a primary focus on sales and revenue growth
• Develop and execute FX strategy for corporate and institutional clients
• Build and manage key client and partner relationships (fintech, payroll, and platform sectors)
• Oversee pricing, execution, settlement, and client service
• Work closely with Risk, Compliance, and Treasury to manage controls and margins
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FX sales team
You’ll Bring
• 8+ years’ FX or payments experience in a commercial leadership role
• Proven track record selling FX solutions (spot, forward, hedging) to corporate clients
• Strong understanding of FX operations, liquidity, and risk management
• Experience building and leading sales teams in a fast-growth environment
• Commercial, hands-on mindset with strong communication skills
