The Role
As a Graduate Sales Support Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring a smooth process for SMEs applying for business loans. Your responsibilities will include:
* Acting as the first point of contact for inbound client enquiries.
* Supporting the sales team with loan applications, proposals, and documentation.
* Managing customer records and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
* Liaising with underwriters and internal teams to progress applications.
* Providing excellent customer service to both new and existing clients.
About You
* A recent graduate (any discipline considered, Economics/Finance/Business advantageous).
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
* Able to prioritise workloads and work well in a fast-paced environment.
* Ambitious with the drive to progress into sales, account management, or credit in the future.
