Customer Service Taxi Rank Agent - Heathrow Airport - £14.10 per hour - Full-time

Due to an expansion of our services at Heathrow Airport, an exciting opportunity has arisen for Customer Services - Taxi Rank Agents. You will be the face of our business, bringing outstanding customer service within the Airport sector.

As a Customer Services Adviser, you will contribute to a passionate and friendly team working in a fast-paced environment. We invest in our people and offer opportunities for progression.
Key Duties Include:
* Processing passengers and establishing destinations as the first point of contact.
* Liaising with the Taxi Feeder Park to confirm driver validity.
* Issuing Local Journey Tickets and answering passenger and driver queries.
* Checking badges and licenses, reporting anomalies.
* Reporting unattended packages or parcels.
* Using Hand Held Units to confirm taxis and record LJ/FFS during peak times.
* Dealing with passengers with special luggage requirements.
* Learning laws and Heathrow bylaws (training provided).
* Issuing local journey tickets and fares (training provided).
Requirements:
* Flexibility to work across Heathrow.
* Willingness to work overtime if needed.
* Good command of English.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to use two-way radios (training provided).
* Teamwork and ability to work alone.
* Knowledge of Heathrow and local area is an advantage.
* Driving license is preferable but not essential.
