Rate: £25 per hour + Company Van & Fuel Card
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join a leading social housing contractor operating across North West London. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in reactive repairs and planned works.
Working on behalf of a reputable housing provider, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality service delivery, excellent tenant satisfaction, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee day-to-day delivery of reactive repairs and planned maintenance.
2. Manage and support a team of operatives and subcontractors across multiple sites
3. Conduct pre- and post-inspections to ensure works meet quality and safety standards
4. Ensure all works are completed within agreed KPIs and SLAs
5. Handle tenant queries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of customer service
6. Monitor productivity, performance, and compliance across your patch
7. Work closely with planners, contract managers, and clients to ensure smooth operations
8. Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations at all times
Requirements
9. Proven experience as a Repairs Supervisor within social housing or a similar environment
10. Strong knowledge of reactive maintenance, planned works, and damp & mould processes
11. Experience managing operatives and subcontractors
12. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
13. Strong communication and customer service abilities
14. Full UK driving licence (essential)
