The Opportunity
As our Channel Sales Director, you’ll architect and lead the next phase of Thomas’s international expansion through our distributor and partner ecosystem.
You’ll take full ownership of the indirect global revenue stream, designing and executing a bold, scalable channel strategy that accelerates market penetration and sustainable growth across 40+ markets.

What You’ll Do
* Build the blueprint: Design and execute a global channel sales strategy that drives recurring revenue growth and market share across international regions.
* Lead performance: Own P&L for the international indirect business, setting clear commercial metrics and delivering sustained, profitable growth.
* Expand the ecosystem: Identify, onboard, and enable high-performing distributors and strategic partners aligned with Thomas’s global goals.
* Collaborate for scale: Work with Product, Marketing, and Finance to drive innovation, pricing, and enablement programs that fuel partner success.
* Inspire excellence: Lead and develop a high-impact UK-based team, setting the tone for performance, accountability, and empowerment.
About You
You’re a strategic and commercially astute sales leader — someone who’s built and scaled international partner ecosystems in high-growth SaaS or B2B technology environments.
You’re equally comfortable in the boardroom and on the ground — balancing data-driven precision with entrepreneurial drive.
* Proven success in scaling international channel or distributor networks.
* Deep understanding of SaaS commercial models, indirect go-to-market frameworks, and operational excellence.
* Confident leading through complexity — translating global strategy into measurable results across diverse markets.
