The Equipment Service Center Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service for both internal and external stakeholders with our Equipment Delivery Services. This position reports to the EMEA Installation Team Leader and is part of the EMEA Equipment Service Installation Team located in Amersham Place, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom and will be an on‑site role.
What You Will Do
* Establish and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders throughout the process such as Regional Service Managers, Field Service Engineers, Finance and Sales teams
* Open service requests and installations, dispatch installation and other planned service work orders in a timely manner and to high quality
* Work as part of a team and adopt a flexible approach to maintain and improve the quality of service and deliver installation projects to customer timelines
* To provide excellent customer service for both internal and external customers
* Build close relationships with customers and commercial partners and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
Who You Are
* Written and oral fluency in English (additional European languages are a bonus)
* Excellent organisational, interpersonal and workload management skills
* Experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforce) or ERP (eg. Oracle/SAP) systems
* Previous client and customer service experience
* Ability to work well as part of a team in a busy customer service environment
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements
* Willingness for occasional business travel (once per year)
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in
* Ability to speak and write in another European language to business standard (B2/C1)
* Previous experience in the Lifesciences/biopharma industry in a customer-facing capacity is a plus but not required
