Harrow College, part of the Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge Colleges Group, has a high number of SEND students who study both on mainstream and bespoke programmes.
We areseeking to appoint a Head of Inclusive Learning Support who will ensure that support for learners with SEND, and those with low needs, leads to success for individual students in terms of development of their independence, life skills, qualifications, completion of course or job outcomes.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Working with the Director Inclusive Learning Support to develop and manage SEND provision in line with the Colleges strategic objectives
2. Managing a team in the delivery of Learning Support for SEND learners and staff who provide support for deaf or hard-of-hearing students, and to plan, manage and develop the learning support provision for SEND learners
