Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every patient feels valued and supported throughout their journey with us.

This role involves building strong relationships with patients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs.

You will work closely with our optometrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and care for our patients.

In addition to your excellent communication skills, you should be organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and providing administrative support to the clinical team.
