As a Technical Sales Advisor based in our Glasgow branch, you’ll be responsible for:
* Manage trade counter sales, handling complex technical queries and providing solutions, including sourcing, quoting, and managing special orders
* Deal with customers’ requirements and ensure associated administrative processes are completed
* Conduct proactive, outbound sales calls and follow-ups to increase revenue and build the customer base
* Providing expert advice to customers on technical specifications, features, and benefits of products
* General warehouse duties
* Keep up to date with technical product information and latest products to ensure we can offer a value engineered solution
This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am-5pm.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills for dealing with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
* Plumbing and heating knowledge is desirable
* Ability to resolve complex technical issues and handle challenging customer queries
* A full UK manual driving licence is advantageous but not essential
