Key Responsibilities
* Owning and maintaining customer relationships
* Communicating measurable value and proactively identifying development needs for customers
* Identifying profitable strategic solutions for customers
* Identifying commercial development opportunities and leading upsell/cross‑sell initiatives
* Monitoring key performance metrics and taking actions to improve them
Required Experience and Skills
* Experience and knowledge of SaaS solutions
* Experience building B2B relationships with executive and senior‑level accounts
* Experience in strategic account management with proven success in commercial growth for a customer base
