Job Title: Medical Scheduler
Location: Oxford Circus closest tube station
Pay: £16-18 per hour
Start: ASAP
Duration: Temporary ongoing (could be considered for long term if it's the right fit)
Hours: Monday- Friday (40hr week)
8:30-5:30 OR 9-6 usually - would need to be flexible depending on business needs.

Responsibilities:
Dealing with general appointment inquiries for the clinic.
Coordinating diagnostic scheduling across various departments.
Managing email and phone communications with patients, ensuring a seamless experience.
Skills & Experience Required:
Private medical experience is ESSENTIAL!
Previous medical scheduling and coordination experience.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Current DBS
