Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant - USA Markets - Fully Remote - Commission only, no base salary

The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for building and growing the first US Oliver Sanderson perm desk and client portfolio. They will use commercial information to identify organisations that have current or future recruitment needs in the permanent space. They will ensure the delivery of excellent recruitment services, completing all necessary client and candidate facing tasks and building long-term client relationships.

Key areas of focus:
* Develop client contact strategies and conduct New Business Development calls
* Schedule and attend pitches with prospective clients
* Develop and implement strategies based on clients’ needs
* Headhunting and identifying prospective candidates using a variety of channels
* Candidate engagement - identify and attract potential candidates
* Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview
* Present detailed candidate profile summaries to clients
* Develop a sustainable candidate led strategy
What we are looking for:
* Experienced 360 recruitment consultant with proven billings
* Excellent Account Management and Business Development experience
* Results-driven recruiter with a drive for high performance
* Willingness to learn and initiate business processes
* Excellent communication skills
* Hunger for success
