Due to a huge expansion plan, theyre now able to recruit a Head of Sales to manage multiple sales and success teams and drive their turnover from £20 million to £100 million over the next 3 years.
What You'll Do
* Own and scale all revenue-generating functions including sales, and customer success
* Develop and execute revenue strategies to expand recurring revenue
* Build and lead high-performance teams across demand generation, funnel optimisation, and customer acquisition
* Lead global expansion initiatives and unlock new verticals, channels, and markets
* Collaborate with the CEO and exec team to align growth with product, brand, and customer success
The Candidate
* Proven success managing sales teams within a training/business coaching company
* A track record of taking companies through periods of strong growth
* Deep expertise in brand building, performance marketing, and conversion strategy
* Experience recruiting and leading high-performing sales and marketing teams
* Understanding of RevOps and the importance of aligning siloed teams across CRM technology
* Passion for empowering entrepreneurs and disrupting traditional industries
* Ability to commute into Peterborough 5 days per week
