Senior Sales Consultant - New Homes

Exciting New Site Launch Opportunity

Up to £38k basic £73k OTE (Uncapped Commission)


About the Role

My client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Consultant to lead the sales function for a highly anticipated new development launch. This is a exceptional opportunity to be part of something special from the ground up, working with a respected private developer known for delivering high-quality new homes.

As the face of the new development, you'll be instrumental in driving sales success whilst delivering an outstanding customer experience to prospective home buyers.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead all sales activities for our brand new development from launch through to completion
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive marketing and excellent customer relationship management
* Conduct engaging viewings of the show home, plots, and site, bringing the development vision to life for potential buyers
* Guide buyers through the entire sales journey, from initial enquiry through to legal completion and handover
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Develop strong relationships with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other key stakeholders
* Maintain accurate records using our CRM system and provide regular sales reports to senior management
* Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
* Ensure full compliance with Consumer Code for Home Builders and all regulatory requirements


About You

Essential Experience:

* Proven track record in new homes sales with demonstrable success in achieving targets
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in residential property sales, with significant new build exposure
* Experience of launching new developments is highly desirable
* Excellent knowledge of the home buying process and mortgage arrangements, with the ability to progress sales through to completion
* Strong understanding of construction processes and specifications

Key Skills:

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven approach
* Professional presentation and attention to detail
* Strong negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach
* IT proficient, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
