AI Engineer - London
A YC backed startup who are helping insurance companies remove the hassle of managing claims by enabling them to outsource their claim operations are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join their team.
What will I be doing:
* Build AI systems that improve accuracy, speed up assessments, and enhance customer experience
* Work with insurance specialists to turn claims processes into AI-driven workflows
* Deploy solutions using LLMs, LangChain, and RAG at scale for insurers
What we're looking for:
* 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or research
* A proven track record of delivering AI/ML projects from concept to production, improving key company metrics
* Passion for shipping quickly and working with non-technical users
* Comfortable with chaos and fast-paced startup environment
* Strong skills in Machine Learning and TypeScript
