2. An NVQ L3 Qualification or equivalent?

What will you be doing?
Main responsibilities for the role include:
15. Ensuring the best quality painting, repair and finishing of motor vehicles of all types to develop and retain customer satisfaction.
16. Carrying out work in a safe, methodical and economical manner.
17. To use the knowledge and skills that you have developed, to restore all customers’ vehicles to Pentagon Group standards and customer expectations.
18. Attaining and working within manufacturers’ agreed estimated repair times.
19. Safeguarding customer vehicles while being repaired etc.
20. Minimising wastage of all parts, paints and materials and in particular, the economical use of the paint- mixing scheme.
21. To enhance the reputation of Pentagon Group at every opportunity when interacting with others.
The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 16.30pm.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have:
22. An NVQ L3 Qualification or equivalent
23. Previous Automotive Bodyshop experience (3 years +)
24. Experience using water based paints
25. A positive can-do attitude
26. The ability to produce work to a very high standard
27. A team player mentality
28. An awareness of Health and Safety procedures/policies.
