Head of Growth Product wanted for a fast-growing ecommerce technology business operating at the intersection of digital product, conversion strategy and customer growth.
A rapidly scaling technology business is looking to hire a Head of Growth Product to lead the strategic direction and delivery of its growth offering. This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines deep ecommerce expertise with strong commercial judgement and a passion for building high‑performing teams.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for shaping the product roadmap, developing delivery frameworks, and ensuring clients consistently see measurable commercial impact. This is an opportunity to influence not only how the business delivers its services, but how those services evolve as the company continues to grow.
The role is London‑based with a flexible hybrid setup.
The role
* Own the strategic direction and commercial success of the Growth function, ensuring high‑quality delivery across a portfolio of ecommerce clients
* Lead, mentor and develop a team of Growth Strategists, creating frameworks and best practices that drive consistency and performance
* Shape and evolve the company’s product offering, influencing service design, delivery models and future product development
* Partner closely with operations, development and client teams to ensure programmes deliver measurable business outcomes and long‑term client retention
* Drive continuous improvement by identifying new growth opportunities, refining processes and staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies
You
* Have significant experience leading ecommerce growth, conversion optimisation or digital product strategies with demonstrable commercial impact
* Have successfully managed and developed high‑performing teams within an agency, consultancy or fast‑paced digital business
* Combine strong commercial instincts with strategic thinking and can quickly identify opportunities to improve business performance
* Are comfortable working across product, technology and client strategy, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape business direction
* Are an ambitious, hands‑on leader who enjoys building teams, improving products and delivering measurable results in a high‑growth environment
