Overview
As the Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and development of a portfolio of products and projects. You will produce system drawings, general arrangement drawings, sub‑assembly drawings and detailed part drawings using SolidWorks.
Requirements
* Engineering qualification, HNC as a minimum
* 3 years of design experience in special-purpose machinery or automated equipment
* Experience using SolidWorks (ideally) for 3D design
* Knowledge of Electrical and Pneumatic Control Systems within the mechanical design
* Ability to produce documentation of a level suitable for manufacturing, assembly and installation
Offer
* Salary between £30,000 to £50,000
* 22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
