With c 80 employees, the Dalkia group centre has HR, Finance, Legal, IT, QSHE and Communications teams supporting our business unit colleagues in these specialisms. We provide technical expertise, governance, policy, guidance and support to the business units to provide a high-quality service to their own people and their clients. Roles in the centre work closely with Executive team to shape and deliver our strategic goals but also partner with the business functions to embed the values, behaviours and strategic ambitions.
Summary of the role:
As our IT Administrator you will demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills to provide administrative support to the Group IT Team at Dalkia UK including financial / accounting / invoicing reconciliation and management of issues, producing reporting and metrics, arranging meetings and helping with ad hoc administrative duties as required. You will be required to manage your time to deliver on competing priorities. Responsibilities :
As our IT Administrator you will:
1. Provide efficient and customer focused administrative assistance to the IT team
2. Assist in the procurement of IT items; raising purchase orders, reconciling invoices, managing supplier and internal finance team payment queries for all IT purchasing/invoices.
3. Produce Metrics on IT department performance as well as weekly/monthly management reporting.
4. Produce Service Desk reports/metrics/dashboards from system generated data
5. Manage the administration of the telephony accounts (Vodafone/EE and BT) including account queries, invoices and producing monthly usage stats and summaries.
6. Assist with supplier contract management including maintaining a contract register, onboarding new vendors and managing a schedule of supplier engagement
7. Manage software licensing renewals schedule to ensure their timely execution.
8. Assist with IT hardware stock management and reporting and track against budget
9. Contribute to and help maintain internal processes and documentation (including ITIL based docs) to ensure their refresh cycle is kept current
10. Attend and manage the administration of the weekly Change Advisory Board including documenting and communicating decisions and compliance checks on ticketing.
11. Assist with other ad hoc IT administrative work as required which may include coordination of meetings/events and communication coordination.

29. Be able to demonstrate advanced, hands-on knowledge of utilising Microsoft products (O365) including Sharepoint

31. ITIL Foundation certified or exposure to an IT ITIL environment
32. Reporting or dashboard skills using Microsoft Power BI or similar
33. Experience in a similar role in IT Administration
