We are seeking a Flight Communications Controller to support our day-to-day flight operations. In this role, you will be a central point of coordination between Crew, Operations, Scheduling, and Owner Services, ensuring clear communication and accurate, timely updates. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary link between Crew, Operations, Scheduling, and Owner Services for all flight-related updates. Route and distribute messages promptly to the appropriate departments. Maintains real-time operational awareness and supports crew dispatch activities until 12:00 CET. Handle urgent crew travel and hotel changes for Day 1 to Day 5 before 12:00 LT, ensuring all confirmations are received and accurately recorded in the system. Manages all day 0 crew travel bookings, hotels, or changes. Maintain situational awareness of aircraft status, movements, and operational changes. Read and interpret weather reports to verify trip impacts; escalate issues to the Operations Supervisor when required. Complete daily flight status reports reflecting operational conditions and trip progress. Perform quality control (QC) checks on all trips within the next 48 hours to ensure accuracy and readiness. Prepare and distribute daily status reports (morning/evening) summarizing movements and operational updates. Provide management oversight updates as directed. Assist with Irregular Operations (IROPS) such as AOGs, diversions, CTOTs, and delays. Coordinate with Crew, Maintenance, Scheduling, and Operations to minimize disruptions and maintain service continuity. Support Schedulers and Operations Supervisors with real-time tracking, data entry, and logistical coordination. Provide general administrative support as needed. Requirements: Experience in aviation operations, dispatch, customer service, or a related field (fractional, charter, or airline experience a plus). Recently graduated from an Aviation Management, Flight Operations, or related program will be considered. Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and capable of learning aviation software systems. Flexible to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support 24/7 operations. Proactive, dependable, and team-oriented, with a strong focus on safety and service excellence.
