What You'll Do
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across a defined business area.
Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and shape resourcing plans.
Source talent proactively through direct channels, networks and talent pools.
Screen applicants, coordinate selection activities and ensure timely feedback.
Coach hiring managers to make confident, fair decisions.
Use market insight to improve attraction strategies.
Maintain accurate data and support the use of recruitment systems.
Promote internal mobility through talent and succession discussions.
What You'll Bring
In‑house or agency recruitment experience across varied roles.
Strong direct sourcing skills (e.g., LinkedIn, CV databases).
Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
Clear, adaptable communication style.
Awareness of current recruitment trends and candidate expectations.
Strong organisation, problem‑solving and prioritisation skills.
