Requirements
We are looking to expand our EMEA Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. As an SDR, you will use sales strategies, prospecting skills, and processes to grow our pipeline leading to revenue. Your main focus will be outbound campaigns, but you will also handle inbound leads and collaborate with sales reps to target accounts for outbound efforts. This is a lead-generating role with potential to advance into a closing position in the future.
The day-to-day
* Use phone, email, and social media to gauge and influence interest in Kaltura, qualifying prospects for deeper conversations.
* Present the value of Kaltura’s solutions to stakeholders at enterprise companies, universities, and colleges.
* Manage inbound leads from the website, webinars, events, and other sources.
* Identify and pursue key stakeholders at Fortune 1000 companies.
* Consistently meet and exceed SDR quotas for appointments scheduled.
* Partner with marketing to execute prospecting strategies.
* Learn to sell Kaltura and develop towards roles with more responsibility, such as closing roles.
Ideally, we’re looking for:
* Native or near-native German language skills – a must
* At least 6 months of sales development experience, preferably in SaaS
* A process-oriented individual capable of organizing and prioritizing prospects
* A strategic sales mindset
* Strong verbal and written sales skills
* A team player and self-starter
