Role Responsibilities Full ownership of all recruitment social media platforms - ensuring we are regularly portraying NWTC as an amazing place to work with extremely engaging content. Monitoring general candidate management through our ATS and other inbound platforms. Proactively sourcing and screening candidates through CV databases. Full admin of ATS, keeping brand and functionality updated and ensuring impeccable candidate communication is maintained. Reporting on recruitment KPIs including: Updating and monitoring the vacancy tracker daily Weekly ATS reporting for vacancy tracker roles. Provide specific support for New Openings - posting adverts, screening candidates, and setting up interviews for all team roles. Working closely alongside the local team and central operations. Oversee full candidate journeys within our ATS, including feedback on interview rejections/offers. Creating exciting and engaging job adverts and templates that align with our employer brand across all platforms. Oversight of the onboarding process for any hourly SC/DM offers. Monitoring of the internal jobs email inbox, maintaining response times. Organise/attend recruitment events Any reasonable management requests.
