As our NPD Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind new product introductions, ensuring every launch meets our exacting standards and global processes.

Main Responsibility
1. Lead cross-functional teams through the Global Gate Process to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to brand quality standards.
2. Develop technical readiness plans and oversee packaging trials to ensure flawless execution.
3. Identify and manage project risks, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
4. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external supply partners to ensure seamless delivery.
5. Collaborate with design agencies and brand teams to guide development outcomes.
6. Champion continuous improvement across systems, processes, and team culture.
7. Promote a diverse and inclusive environment where every voice contributes to our legacy.
Our Ideal Candidate
8. Proven experience in project management, ideally within FMCG or packaging development
9. Strong understanding of technical specifications, packaging substrates, and qualification processes
10. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
11. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability
12. A mindset for continuous improvement and inclusive leadership
