Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed pest control surveys and inspections Identify infestations and recommend appropriate treatment plans Carry out treatments safely and effectively in line with COSHH regulations Provide expert advice to clients on pest prevention, hygiene, and maintenance Produce clear, professional reports on-site using digital systems Manage traps, baiting, bird proofing and follow-up visits Agree costs with clients and process invoices/payments Maintain a professional image as a Pimlico representative at all times Essential Requirements BPCA / RSPH Level 2 Pest Management (minimum) COSHH awareness certification 3 years’ post‑qualification experience Clean, full UK driving licence Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently Working Hours 08:30–17:00, Monday to Friday (Field-based, with additional hours as required) Neighborly (yes without a u) was established over 40 years ago in the United States as a small family business.
