WeDoData are working with an exclusive further education client who have been one of the top performing colleges in Wales for the fourth year running. Based in South Wales and located across multiple sites, offering a wide range of vocational and academic courses ranging from GCSE to degree qualifications.
They are looking to recruit a full time permanent ICT Team Lead who would be responsible for a team of 9 support engineers. As team lead you will also be the crucial bridge between the support team and the infrastructure team, a basic understanding of infrastructure will be essential.
The role would be 5 days a week (Mon – Fri) on site with flexibility for 1 day working from home.
Previous service desk management experience
networking, operating systems, hardware, software, device management etc
