Forma-Care (UK) Ltd is a growing UK healthcare company supplying continence products to the NHS via NHS Supply Chain. We are seeking a Nurse Advisor – Continence to support our expanding business across the South of England, with flexibility to support activity across England as required.DescriptionThis is a field-based clinical role focused on clinical partnership, product training, implementation support and ongoing continence education across NHS acute trusts and Home Delivery Service accounts.Continence experience is desirable but not essential. Full in-house training and ongoing clinical support will be provided.
This role would suit a registered nurse with a strong interest in continence care and patient dignity who is looking to develop into a specialist advisory position.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild strong clinical partnerships with NHS teams across acute and HDS settingsDeliver established product training and continence education packagesSupport implementation and roll-out of products following NHS Supply Chain activityPlan and deliver structured study days using existing training frameworksProvide ongoing continence support and training to clinical teamsBuild and maintain professional relationships with nurses, clinical leads, procurement, and service managersAct as a clinical point of contact for continence-related education and product useWork collaboratively with internal commercial, operations and customer service teamsRepresent Forma-Care professionally across NHS settingsEssentialRegistered Nurse with active NMC registrationStrong interest in continence care and improving patient outcomesConfident communicator with a professional and supportive mannerTeam-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working within a growing organisationFu
