You should have a minimum of 5 years in product management, with a proven track record in setting product strategy and launching SaaS products. A strong understanding of software development and cloud infrastructure, along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, is essential. Additionally, you should possess expertise in people leadership and performance management.
Responsibilities:
* As the Senior Product Manager, you will define and drive the product strategy across multiple SaaS offerings. You will lead and mentor a high-performing product team, including Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will shape the roadmap, deliver new features, and scale adoption. Your key responsibilities will include defining and executing product strategy, creating roadmaps and go-to-market plans, translating business requirements into functional specifications, overseeing product releases, acting as a subject matter expert in stakeholder engagements, monitoring KPIs, and identifying commercial opportunities to drive product growth.
