Desirable skills/knowledge/attitudes/behaviours: A knowledge of Christian products and Christianity would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given Experience in a customer service telephony role is essential Commercial awareness is essential Competency with computers and quick to pick up new systems is essential Strong teamwork skills is essential Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations Active listening skills A positive attitude Promote and maintain excellent customer relationships, adopting a customer focused approach at all times Main Responsibilities: Placing customer orders and answering customer queries by email and telephone Actively listen to the customers needs, action and apply a solution The ability to work independently to solve problems Relaying information to customers clearly and accurately (recording accurate data) Ability to understand and follow the business processes The ability to do outbound calling.
