Responsibilities
Who you are
– Undertaking technical drawing work in 2D and 3D major infrastructure projects.
– Producing reinforcement bending schedules for reinforced concrete
– Managing workload on numerous projects to ensure deadlines are met and client requirements are fulfilled
– Taking a lead role in larger schemes to plan work and delegate to other technicians within the Department
– Mentoring Junior Technicians
– Liaising with Clients and external design teams on a daily basis
– Contribute and take an active role in the improvement of Company and Drawing Office procedures
Here's What You'll Need
– Good all-round technical drawing expertise using Revit and AutoCAD for all building materials
– Working closely with internal/external design teams
– Ability to be proactive
– Exceptional knowledge of civil and structural build details and construction interfaces
– Experience in detailing of structures in reinforced concrete and steelwork
– Effective communication skills
– Knowledge and use of BIM packages such as Navisworks and ReCAP (not essential)
