Job Description
3. Oversee the end-to-end billing and accounts receivable process.
4. Ensure compliance with IFRS 15 revenue recognition standards.
5. Manage and maintain the NetSuite ERP system.
6. Monitor AR aging reports and drive collections efforts to optimise AR collection.
7. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
8. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance billing accuracy and efficiency.
9. Prepare and analyse billing, providing insights to senior leadership.
10. Support external audits requests.
11. Mentor and manage a team of billing and AR specialists.
The Successful Applicant
12. ACA/CIMA/ACCA
13. Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP, including advanced billing and revenue modules.
14. Knowledge of payment gateways and reconciliation processes.
