We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, positive, and ambitious Restaurant Manager to join our food and beverage team at the Royal Hotel. The Royal Hotel is a boutique 24-bedroom hotel with two restaurants, HS1 Caf Bar & The Boatshed Restaurant, which has recently been awarded an AA Rosette.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and will take pride in maintaining high standards with a meticulous eye for detail. You will lead from the front, demonstrating drive, professionalism, and a strong team spirit while remaining a visible and supportive presence within the restaurant. As Restaurant Manager, you will inspire and motivate the team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
With strong management and communication skills, you will be focused, self-motivated, and commercially aware. You will remain calm and efficient under pressure and communicate effectively across all departments to ensure smooth and successful daily operations.
We are looking for someone who will truly own this role and developing alongside the business in what will be a highly involved and rewarding position.
