Job Description
Health and Safety Advisor
You will need to be based commutable to Birmingham. This will include travel across the UK due to the nature of the projects.
£40,000 - £50,000 (DOE) + Company Bonus + Pension + Training & Development.

Role
* Support and lead health & safety across all projects, ensuring top priority on compliance, risk management, and safe delivery.
* Advise leadership and site teams, conduct audits, risk assessments, and drive continuous safety improvements.
* Be a key safety ambassador, engage with clients, manage incidents, and champion a strong safety culture company-wide.
Person
* Strong proven experience in Health and Safety – this can be within Construction but knowledge of demolition would be a distinct advantage.
* You will ideally have NVQ 6 in Occupational Health and Safety or NEBOSH Diploma, CMIOSH or working towards CSCS Card.
* Looking to join a company with an excellent reputation.
