Duties
- Assist Client's living in their homes with personal care, medication, social events, day to day household duties, nutritional intake and palliative care.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Document patient information accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients,
- attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- must have a driving licence and have access to a car.
Experience in care is beneficial but not required. Training is provided during the induction period and support and practical training is provided when out in practice.
Come and join our small friendly team. Our office is based in Kington, Herefordshire and care is provided around the local area. Successful applicants will need to live locally to carry out this job role.
20 hours a week post available and other part time posts available, flexible working patterns to suit other work commitments.
