Programme Manager – Transformation

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving meaningful change in the housing or public sector? We’re looking for a Senior Programme Manager to lead a major transformation programme that will enhance services, streamline operations, and deliver real impact for customers and communities.
In this role, you’ll:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation initiatives.
* Manage programme teams, budgets (up to £5m), and key risks to ensure success.
* Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to embed change across the organisation.
* Champion best practice in programme management, governance, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring:
✔ Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation in housing, public sector, or similar complex environments.
✔ Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Expertise in programme management frameworks (MSP, PRINCE2, Agile).
✔ A track record of turning strategy into successful outcomes.
