Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for Machine Operators to work in their leading facility in Telford.
For the successful Machine Operator our client is offering;
1. Basic hourly rate of £12.85 per hour
2. Temporary ongoing position, which could lead to permanent for the right person
3. Overtime rates paid at x1.5 for working Saturdays, and Double Time for Sundays
4. Working on a Panama Shift which is on a 2 weekly rotating pattern - 4 days 1 week, 3 days the next week, 4 nights 1 weeks, 3 nights the next, 6pm-6am

The Role – Machine Operator:
6. Loading & Unloading rolls onto the machine
7. Prepping the machine
8. Bagging & Tagging of products
9. Read and follow instructions along with other data available to ensure the machine is fed with the correct materials
10. Maintain good housekeeping and effective planning to ensure the machine does not stand due to lack of forward planning
11. Complete all documentation as required and communicate using the shift handover book together with verbal communication when taking over and handing over the shift
12. Report all machine faults as they occur
13. Carry out ad hoc tasks as and when required by the Management
What our client is looking for in a Machine Operator:
14. You MUST have experience operating Machinery within a FMCG environment
15. Able to follow instructions, along with health & safety guidelines
