Responsibilities

* Answering and forwarding incoming calls to the relevant department and taking messages.
* Greeting guests.
* Photocopying and scanning various documents.
* Filing invoices and correspondence.
* Collating incoming credit card receipts.
* Maintaining vehicle records on the computer and filing system.
* Booking hotels for employees.
* Collating timesheets on Sage HR.
* Checking invoices and statements on SAGE.
* Retrieving PODs from an online portal and emailing to customers.
* Opening and distributing post.
* Organising refreshments.
* Performing general administrative duties as required.
