What We’re Looking For Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or above). Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant (ideally with supervisory or senior-level responsibilities). Strong understanding of older adults’ care, including dementia awareness. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a compassionate and patient approach. Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred care, supporting residents with daily living, dignity, and independence. Lead and mentor care staff, ensuring high standards of care and teamwork. Administer and record medications in line with policies and procedures (training provided if required). Build warm, respectful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
