Fulcrum Engineering & Technical are acting as a Employment Business on behalf of our Clients We are recruiting personnel at all levels and covering similar Pipe Fitting & Mechanical Fitting roles or Welding Fabrication roles depending on applicants skill sets & experience. Workers must have Confined Space Medium Risk or High Risk Certs or Rescue Techs & Ops Cert Fabricator Fitter Welders & Plater Welders working on cutting out with plasma & grinders old sheet metal & plate from vessels, tanks & silos. Replaceing with new materials and welding to high specs, Pipe Fitters & Mechanical Fitters. Working on the fitting of pipe spools, supports, valces, pumps, process machinery companents in vessels, tanks & silos as required and erecting & fitting work as required depending on the Workers skill sets Also Coded Spec Pipe & Plate Welders will be welding pipework & plate & vessels, tanks, silos internal sheet & plate. Welding to coded specs with TIG or MIG FCAW or MMA Plus welding frames, supports, brackets as required. Fabricator Welders will be more involved with fabrication work plus higher spec welding work with MIG mainly and ideally able to weld TIG. Sheet Metal Fabricator Welders & Welder Fabs working on the fabrication from engineering drawings & welding angle, box, tube to high spec finish. Welders TIG mainly working mainly on welding sheet metal 1.5 - 4 mm stainless or mild steel, ali, mild steel angle, box, tube with TIG or MIG. Also semi skilled applicants can apply if they can cover most of the work depending on their skill set Quals/Skills = Pipe Fitting & Mechanical Fitting skills or Able to fabricate & weld with TIG mainly & some MIG, or weld with MIG and some TIG or MIG FCAW & MMA Depending on the Workers skill set. Confined Space Cert = Confined Space Medium Risk or High Risk Certs or Rescue Techs & Ops Cert C & G or NVQ Welding Fabrication or Plating or Sheet Metalwork or Pipe Fitting Ideally CSCS Card or CCNSG Safety Passport Ideally current Weld Certs Hours = 0700 – 1600 or 1730 40 to 55 hours Mon to Fri pos work 0600 – 1700 or 0700 - 1800 as required Also 0600 or 0700 to 1330 Sat as required Term = Temp to Perm 13 weeks with good chance of perm role after 13 full weeks Perm = May be some direct perm roles if the applicant is working and has to give notice Pay Temp = £27 per hr basic 55 hrs £32 hr Sat via Payment Company on CIS Basis Depending on Skills/Quals
