As a Scrub Practitioner / Theatre Practitioner (ODP) at our hospital, you will be focused, detail‑oriented, empathetic and possess strong communication skills. You are registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC) and bring the qualifications and post‑registration experience relevant to your registration, including experience in SCRUB roles within a theatre environment. You are a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
* Work in a multidisciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload.
* Use state‑of‑the‑art technology, equipment and facilities.
* Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team.
* Provide high‑quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting.
* Create high‑quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence‑based.
* Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development, which can include Surgical First Assist training.
