Whether it’s full-service payroll support, HR administration, or smarter ways to manage employee benefits, they’ve got it covered, and their team is growing The Role As Payroll Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and leading the payroll function, overseeing a high-volume, fast-paced operation that processes payroll for around 10,000 workers per week across both the public and practice sectors. You’ll be responsible for: Leading and supporting a growing payroll team, providing guidance and development. Managing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy at all times. Driving improvements through process innovation, system efficiencies, and best practices. Working closely with internal teams and clients to deliver excellent service. Staying up to date with payroll legislation and compliance requirements. Championing the use of technology to improve payroll delivery. About You We’re looking for a forward-thinker — someone motivated by change and passionate about delivering excellence in payroll. You will bring: CIPP qualification (essential). Proven experience in leading a high-volume payroll function managing the full payroll cycle for a large portfolio of clients Strong technical knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Confidence in using payroll software and systems (experience with Infinity would be a plus, but not essential). A proactive, tech-savvy mindset with the ability to implement change and streamline processes.
