We are seeking a committed Theatre Technician to join our busy, state-of-the-art Small Animal Teaching Hospital. This full-time role is essential to maintaining the smooth operation of our surgical theatres and supporting our clinical teams. As the hospitals sole Theatre Technician, you will play a key part in ensuring high-quality surgical service delivery. Your responsibilities will include maintaining infection control standards, managing equipment and stock, coordinating theatre workflows, supporting surgical teams, and contributing to the teaching of veterinary students. You will also oversee equipment maintenance, instrument handling, and assist with billing processes. We are looking for an organised, proactive individual with strong teamwork skills and a commitment to excellent patient and theatre support. Experience in a veterinary or clinical environment is beneficial but not essential.
