SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary School - Oldham

Tradewind are currently recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a well-respected mainstream primary school in Oldham.
The Role:
* Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 with a range of special educational needs
* Delivering targeted interventions in small groups or on a 1:1 basis
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to track progress and adapt learning
* Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment for all learners
* £90-£100 per day, depending on experience
* Full training and ongoing support provided
* Opportunity for a permanent contract based on performance

What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA, CACHE, etc.)
* Experience delivering small-group or 1:1 interventions
* SEN experience is highly desirable (e.g., autism, speech & language, SEMH)
* Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a proactive attitude
* A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to supporting young learners
