Role Overview
As our Senior Commercial Property Manager, you will be a key part of our Property & Construction team, managing our diverse studio portfolio across the UK and Germany. Your responsibilities include lease negotiations, compliance, and operational support. This part-time role requires three days a week based in Bristol.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead lease management across UK & Germany—renewals, rent reviews, break clauses, negotiations.
2. Maintain landlord relationships, fostering collaborative partnerships.
3. Support construction operations—admin, procurement, process improvements, and supplier performance.
4. Advise internal teams on lease obligations, costs, and critical dates.
5. Drive continuous improvement—streamlining workflows, managing documentation, enhancing efficiency.
Candidate Profile
You are a skilled communicator, negotiator, and strategic thinker with attention to detail. You are passionate about thriving in a dynamic environment and balancing multiple priorities effortlessly.
Minimum Requirements
* 5+ years of tenant-side lease/property management experience
* Strong knowledge of UK property law
* Commercial acumen, analytical skills, and cost-awareness
* Exceptional organizational and project management skills
* Fluency in lease terms, financials, and landlord relations
* Self-motivated with a collaborative approach
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with German lease law or properties in Germany
* RICS membership or similar professional qualification
* Interest in music, creative spaces, or startup culture

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: £30,000 (FTE £50,000) for three days/week, with benefits including free studio hours, 25-28 days annual leave, duvet days, paid sick leave, parental policies, virtual GP & EAP, dental cover, life insurance, income protection, and more.
