The Role
As a Competency Coordinator, you will facilitate and administer the competency framework. Your responsibilities include managing all aspects of arranging and maintaining competence requirements for TMS client employees, including enrollments, queries, and obtaining and issuing accredited certifications.
* Efficient Competence Mailbox Administration
* Candidate Progress Management
* Compile and distribute Monthly Competence reports to the competence team Lead and platform management
* Compile monthly MAH Training & Competence figures
* SQA and OPITO Focal Point
* Process SQA and OPITO certification
* Participate in Quarterly Platform Management WebEx Calls
* OPITO Apprentice Technician Focal Point
* Manage the Competency Management Hub: the central point for all competence-related matters
* Set up portfolios within the Livelink system (New Starts)
* Attend and participate in quarterly strategy meetings
* Communicate interdepartmental changes to assets monthly
* Develop process maps
* Organize ERT Candidate Evidence and Assessment Records
* Undertake additional duties as requested by the TMS Team Lead

Additional Details
Location: 2 days per week on-site at Kingswells, at least 1 day per week at our Dyce office, and up to 2 days remote.
Job Type: Permanent, full-time or part-time hours considered.
Salary: £26,727.26 - £31,181.81 per year.
