The Best Connection are seeking full and part time / semi-retired Class 1 drivers for our friendly, well known retail client in Bradford BD5.
The role involves 1-6 store deliveries per shift on days, and trunk routes on an afternoon/evening. Product can be on cages or totes and the only requirement of the driver is to move the cage/tote to the back of the trailer, the store staff will then take the product off and into store.
Drivers must have a Class 1 licence with an in date CPC and Digi card with no more than 6 licence points, with no major endorsements. Minimal experience is acceptable for this contract provided candidates can pass a driving assessment prior to shift. There are numerous shifts available on days and nights across the following shift patterns;
Monday to Friday
Tuesday to Saturday
Sunday to Thursday
All Breaks are PAID **
We would welcome part time drivers to cover adhoc shifts so if you would just like 1 or 2 days please get in touch!
Pay rates (+ holiday pay accrual)
£90 per hour on days Monday to Sunday, £26.29 per hour on nights Monday to Sunday, £28.80 per hour Bank Holiday Days
£58 per hour Bank Holiday Nights
