Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per year (negotiable) + benefits

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service. This is a key leadership role focused on driving quality, compliance, and service growth, while upholding CQC standards.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory & Compliance
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards, local authority requirements, and internal policies.
* Lead preparation for and participation in CQC inspections.
* Implement and oversee robust quality assurance and improvement processes.
Service & Operational Management
* Oversee the daily operations of the domiciliary care service to ensure safe, efficient, and person-centered delivery.
* Develop and review care plans tailored to individual client needs.
* Ensure safeguarding protocols and health & safety standards are strictly adhered to.
* Manage Rota planning and staff deployment to maintain adequate service coverage.
Leadership & Staff Development
* Lead, support, and develop a team of care coordinators, supervisors, and care staff.
* Conduct regular staff supervision, performance reviews, and appraisals.
* Ensure all staff complete mandatory training and have access to ongoing professional development.
Business Growth & Stakeholder Engagement
* Build strong relationships with local authorities, NHS partners, and private clients.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow Levicare’s service provision.
* Represent Levicare in the community and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and families.
Requirements
Essential:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management role within domiciliary care with experience in service expansion and growth.
* Experience as a Registered Manager with CQC or significant Deputy Manager experience.
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and compliance standards.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Must have your own car and be able to drive to varied local locations as a part of the role.
Desirable
* Has current knowledge of service provision with Liverpool City Region.
