Gleeson Homes is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator based at our Regional Area Office. Your role will be to ensure company sales targets are achieved by securing exchanges and legal completions within appropriate timescales. Additionally, you will provide sales administration support to the Sales Manager and Sales Negotiators in your region.

Main Responsibilities:

* Support the regional sales team with administrative tasks to ensure a smooth 5-star customer experience throughout the buying journey, including adjusting rolling forecasts, assisting with sales releases, processing recommend-a-friend vouchers, and managing sales support items such as uniforms and collateral.
* Assist the sales team in meeting reservation, exchange, and legal completion targets by liaising with on-site sales teams and solicitors to facilitate an efficient conveyance process.
* Promote and provide a 5-star customer experience within the regional operational area as a proactive team member.
* Administer customer contracts and transfer paperwork for signatures in an accurate and timely manner.
* Collaborate with the sales team to produce month-end reports capturing sales activity, and distribute these reports to relevant parties.
* Attend new site setup meetings with solicitors and representatives from Commercial and Technical teams, representing Gleeson’s culture and brand.
* Assist the Sales Director and Sales Manager in preparing comprehensive Sales and Marketing reports for Land Appraisals.
* Support the Sales Extras process by recording and sharing relevant information, working proactively with Construction, Technical, Commercial, and Finance departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Experience in an administrative role, preferably sales administration.
* Understanding of the house buying process.
* Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and efficiency.
* Knowledge of on-site sales activity.
* Excellent communication skills with people at all levels, including clients, solicitors, and senior management.
* Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Generous holiday entitlement of 26 days plus bank holidays.
