This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy.
Dean Close Foundation is seeking to appoint a Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations of its facilities. The successful candidate will manage both Commercial and Educational facilities, supervise staff on shift, and ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and staff.
* Oversee safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of facilities.
* Coordinate repairs and maintenance with the Operations Manager.
* Manage facility calendar for school and commercial use.
* Handle logistics and event planning.
* Participate in weekly planning, H&S, Sports, and Commercial meetings.
This role is ideal for an experienced Facilities Manager, preferably with background in schools, sports/leisure centers, or event management. The candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on customer experience.
